ABOUT OUR LOCATION

The property is located close to the twin beaches of Llangrannog and in addition the popular beaches of Tresaith, Penbryn, Cwmtydu and Mwnt are a short distance away. In addition to the magnificent local beaches, the farmhouse is ideally located for interesting walks with easy access to the recently opened Ceredigion Coastal Path. Cardigan with its large supermarket is twelve miles away and there is a national award winning farm shop within easy reach at Sarnau. There are numerous restaurants locally to suit a variety of tastes and for those that are interested there are riding stables and golf courses.

FACILITIES

The house is on two floors with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

Cleanliness Award

The Visit Wales Grading Inspectors have consistently awarded the property five stars (the highest possible) for cleanliness following their annual inspection with the comment that very high levels.
